About the role
The Restaurant Supervisor ensures smooth daily operations at Arby's in Calgary. You will lead a team of food preparation staff, maintain quality standards, and address customer concerns to deliver an excellent dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of food preparation and portioning staff.
- Train employees on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation.
- Ensure food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit operational reports and food order summaries for the chef.
Required profile
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant or food‑service environment.
- Availability to work evenings, mornings, nights, days, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Willingness to start on the date specified in the posting.
