About the role
We are looking for a motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our Subway location in Oakville. You will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a safe, efficient environment.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve daily restaurant operations.
- Create and manage staff work schedules.
- Train new and existing team members.
- Handle cash, balance sheets, and complete cash reports.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service and address guest concerns.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Willingness to relocate and work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and shifts.
- Must not be a current student and have prior experience in the field.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Safe Food Handling certification.
