About the role
Join Demetres in Oakville as an Artisan, where you’ll be part of a team that crafts handcrafted desserts, serves specialty coffee, and delivers table service in a vibrant restaurant setting.
Key responsibilities
- Learn and perform duties as a Dessert Crafter, Barista, Host, Dish Jockey (DJ), or Server based on the best fit.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintain high standards of food quality, and ensure a smooth dining experience.
Required profile
- Positive attitude with the ability to work late hours in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to learn multiple specializations and embody Demetres’ guiding principles.
Required skills
- Strong customer service and teamwork abilities.
- Basic food handling and beverage preparation skills.
