About the role

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at Nawabi Hyderabad House Biryani Place in Brampton. The role includes managing staff, budgets, inventory, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyze and develop budgets to control food, ingredient, alcohol, and supply costs.
  • Monitor revenues, labour costs and adjust menu pricing accordingly.
  • Plan, organize and supervise daily restaurant operations.
  • Recruit, schedule, train, and evaluate staff performance.
  • Maintain inventory and negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and manage events and catering requests.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives and promote the restaurant.

Required profile

  • Client‑focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Dependable, organized, and reliable team player.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently under shift schedules and overtime.
