About the role
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at Nawabi Hyderabad House Biryani Place in Brampton. The role includes managing staff, budgets, inventory, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and develop budgets to control food, ingredient, alcohol, and supply costs.
- Monitor revenues, labour costs and adjust menu pricing accordingly.
- Plan, organize and supervise daily restaurant operations.
- Recruit, schedule, train, and evaluate staff performance.
- Maintain inventory and negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and manage events and catering requests.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and promote the restaurant.
Required profile
- Client‑focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dependable, organized, and reliable team player.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under shift schedules and overtime.
