Assistant Manager – Restaurant Operations

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support daily operations of our Wild Wings restaurant in Brampton. The role combines budgeting, staff supervision and customer service to ensure profitability and high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and develop budgets for food, beverages, supplies and labour costs.
• Monitor daily revenues, adjust menu pricing and control expenses.
• Recruit, schedule, train and supervise restaurant staff.
• Ensure compliance with provincial liquor laws and health & safety regulations.
• Manage inventory, negotiate with suppliers and handle cash balancing and reporting.
• Address customer complaints, oversee events and support marketing initiatives.
• Conduct performance reviews and maintain operational procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 7 months to 1 year experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and team‑working skills.
• Reliable, organized and flexible with ability to multitask.
• Valid basic security clearance and own transportation.
