About the role
The Bebe Di Rasoi restaurant in Brampton is looking for a dedicated Cook to join its kitchen team on a permanent, full‑time basis. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The role also involves maintaining hygiene standards, handling inventory, and supporting banquet services.
Key responsibilities
- Plan menus, estimate food requirements and order supplies and equipment.
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, and organize buffets and banquets.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring proper food handling and storage.
- Clean kitchen and work areas after service.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of cooking experience in a restaurant or similar setting.
- Availability for morning, evening, day, weekend and on‑call shifts.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail.
