About the role

We are seeking a proactive Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Brampton location, ensuring excellent service, efficient staff management, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor revenues and labour costs to maintain profitability.
  • Oversee staff performance and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Plan, organize, and execute daily restaurant operations.
  • Recruit, schedule, and supervise a team of 50‑100 employees.
  • Balance cash, complete balance sheets and cash reports.
  • Maintain inventory levels and control product costing.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Address customer complaints and provide high‑quality service.

Required profile

  • 1‑2 years of experience in restaurant or food‑service management.
  • College or CEGEP diploma (program of 3 months to less than 1 year).
  • Proven ability to supervise large teams (50‑100 staff).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
