About the role
We are seeking a proactive Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Brampton location, ensuring excellent service, efficient staff management, and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor revenues and labour costs to maintain profitability.
- Oversee staff performance and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Plan, organize, and execute daily restaurant operations.
- Recruit, schedule, and supervise a team of 50‑100 employees.
- Balance cash, complete balance sheets and cash reports.
- Maintain inventory levels and control product costing.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Address customer complaints and provide high‑quality service.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in restaurant or food‑service management.
- College or CEGEP diploma (program of 3 months to less than 1 year).
- Proven ability to supervise large teams (50‑100 staff).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
