Restaurant Host for Distillery Bar

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Host to be the welcoming face of our backcountry‑inspired distillery restaurant and bar in downtown Banff. As the first point of contact, you will create a warm first impression and help ensure a smooth flow of service throughout the venue.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
• Assist servers with table turnover and clearing when needed.
• Maintain an organized waiting area and manage reservation lists.
• Promote the Banff Hospitality Brand and provide information about the venue.
• Support smooth operations during busy periods and special events.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong work ethic and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
