About the role
The Guest Services Associate / Night Auditor ensures the property’s quality, cleanliness and service standards are consistently maintained during overnight shifts. This full‑time position supports guest satisfaction while contributing to room revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Perform check‑ins and check‑outs with accuracy.
- Deliver exceptional service and respond to guest requests promptly.
- Address guest queries, complaints and special requests with positive solutions.
- Provide local information such as restaurant recommendations and transportation options.
- Operate front‑desk equipment including reservation system, switchboard and key‑card machines.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of customer‑service experience.
- Hospitality experience preferred.
- Comfortable using standard office equipment (photocopiers, scanners, calculators).
- Strong team‑player attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Positive, upbeat demeanor with a sense of humour.
