About the role

Join Chipotle’s fast‑casual restaurants as a Crew Member, where you’ll help prepare fresh, responsibly sourced food and deliver a friendly guest experience. No prior experience is required – we provide training for every station, from grill to cash register.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items by hand, following Chipotle’s food safety standards.
• Operate the cash register, handle customer orders, and process payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dishwashing and prep areas.
• Assist teammates across stations such as grill, prep, salsa, and expo as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for serving others.
• Willingness to learn food preparation and restaurant operations.
• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
