Artisan (multi-role)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join Demetres Kingsway as Artisans. In this multi‑role position you will learn and perform duties across dessert crafting, coffee preparation, hosting, DJing and table service, while delivering the high‑quality experience our guests love.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and perform the duties of your assigned specialization (Dessert Crafter, Barista, Host, DJ, or Server) and maintain our standards of excellence.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Collaborate with teammates across different specializations to ensure smooth operations.
• Rotate through various roles to develop a broad skill set.

Required profile

• Shows strong aptitude, personality and can embody our guiding principles: Deliver Wow, Own It, Better Together, Hustle Always, Towards Perfection.
• Comfortable with late hours and a fast‑paced, challenging work environment.
• Demonstrates a passion for handcrafted desserts and quality service.
• Willingness to learn multiple specializations and grow within the team.
