Reservations Agent

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Reservations Agent to join PAL Airlines’ customer service team in St. John’s, NL. In this role you will be the first point of contact for travelers, helping them book flights, answer queries and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Quote fares and book flights for customers using PAL’s reservation system.
• Provide accurate information about flight schedules, policies and procedures.
• Communicate with customers to identify their travel needs and recommend suitable options.
• Handle customer‑service issues with empathy, offering timely solutions.
• Multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Identify and implement solutions to evolving industry and customer requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Secondary education completed.
• At least 1 year of customer‑service experience.
• Strong communication and sales abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work on‑site in St. John’s.
