Client Success Specialist (French) - Remote

About the role

Trust Disability Solutions helps Canadians and their families understand and apply for the Disability Tax Credit, with client care, tax and medical teams working together to give accessible, plain-language support. The Client Success Specialist (French) is a full-time, remote position focused on supporting French-speaking clients from their first inquiry through to resolution, with a clear and compassionate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client questions by phone, email and message, and explain processes in French and English
• Maintain accurate records in client management systems
• Collaborate with client success, tax specialists and medical coordinators to gather information, follow up on applications and give clients regular updates
• Monitor client satisfaction, look for ways to improve services, and help with client education materials and outreach

Required profile

• Fluency in spoken and written French and English, able to explain technical or tax-related concepts simply
• Experience in client-facing roles in financial services, healthcare or social services is an asset
• Relevant education or training in customer service, communications, social work or a related field is preferred

• Customer service and communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction
• Analytical skills to review client information, track case progress and spot trends or challenges
• Comfort with digital tools and client management systems, with attention to detail and data privacy
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work with cross-functional teams
