Bilingual Customer Experience Representative

About the role

TTI Canada's Milwaukee team is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bilingual Customer Experience Representative in North York, Ontario. The role delivers best-in-class service to internal and external customers, with fluent written and spoken French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers and build solid relationships with them and the sales team
• Enter orders accurately with a 24-hour turnaround, ensuring products and prices are correct
• Notify customers by e-mail of order details such as order number, unit prices, inventory levels, shipping dates and expected delays
• Answer customer service e-mails and phone calls about orders (ETA and tracking), prices, availability and basic product information
• Collaborate on cross-functional tasks when required

Required profile

• Fluent written and oral French and English
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
• Undergraduate degree or college diploma
• Intellectual curiosity, organization, enthusiasm, teamwork and a drive to win

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with Genesys, Cloud and Oracle is an asset
