Remote Outbound Appointment Setter – Warm Leads (US Hours)

About the role

We are building a new outbound appointment‑setting team to turn warm, ad‑generated leads into qualified sales meetings. You will contact leads who have shown interest but haven’t booked a call, evaluate their fit, and schedule them onto our sales team’s calendar.

Key responsibilities

• Dial approximately 150 warm leads per day.
• Conduct 15‑30 minute screening calls to assess fit and intent.
• Book qualified appointments directly onto the sales team’s calendar.
• Follow up persistently with leads who don’t book on the first contact.
• Maintain a clean pipeline with light sales administration.

Required profile

• Native‑level spoken English with a confident phone presence.
• Ability to speak with authority and empathy to men in their 40s about personal topics.
• Available to work US time zones, 5‑6 days per week.
• Quiet, distraction‑free workspace with fast, stable internet.
• Self‑managing and able to hit numbers independently.

Required skills

• Experience with dialer/CRM platforms such as Close, Aloware, or Dialer IO.

• Minimum guaranteed compensation of $1,000 per month.
