About the role

This remote contract engages board‑certified or board‑eligible physicians to support cutting‑edge AI research. You will apply your clinical expertise to create realistic patient scenarios, evaluate AI‑generated medical responses, and help improve the safety and accuracy of next‑generation AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design clinically realistic prompts and patient cases aligned with your specialty.
• Develop high‑quality reference answers that demonstrate attending‑level reasoning.
• Assess AI‑generated responses using structured criteria covering diagnosis, treatment planning, risk stratification, and guideline adherence.
• Provide detailed written feedback to enhance AI output quality and safety.
• Participate in onboarding and specialty calibration sessions to ensure consistent evaluations.

Required profile

• Board‑certified attending physicians, final‑year residents, or fellows with an active, unrestricted medical license.
• Strong clinical reasoning and evidence‑based decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
