About the role

Join Convertros as a Remote Appointment Setter and help drive growth for U.S. clients. You will work from anywhere, handling inbound leads, building relationships, and turning interest into booked appointments or enrollments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads and convert them into bookings, appointments, or enrollments.
• Track daily performance metrics and take full accountability for results.
• Collaborate with team leaders for ongoing feedback and real‑time coaching.
• Contribute to a fast‑paced, data‑driven sales culture focused on continuous growth.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fast learner with a proactive, goal‑oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working with structured targets and measurable outcomes.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• No prior sales experience required; training is provided.
