Business Development Representative

As we build a sustainably profitable company focused on long‑term founder success, we are looking for results‑driven Business Development Representatives to generate qualified opportunities for our revenue team.

Key responsibilities

• Drive net‑new pipeline through strategic prospecting and outbound activities.
• Research and identify decision‑makers using LinkedIn, professional networks and industry publications.
• Execute personalized multi‑channel outreach campaigns (email, phone, video, social).
• Engage directly with C‑suite and senior executives at high‑growth eCommerce companies.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly qualified‑opportunity targets.
• Qualify prospects using established sales methodology and handoff seamlessly to Account Executives.
• Stay current on eCommerce industry trends, challenges and terminology.
• Track and analyze outreach performance metrics to continuously optimize results.

Required profile

• 0–1 years of Business Development Representative experience; financial‑services experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with Account‑Based Marketing/Selling approaches.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage senior executives.
• Self‑motivated with strong time‑management and prioritisation abilities.
• Creative problem‑solver who thrives in fast‑paced environments.
• Genuine passion for helping entrepreneurs succeed.
