About the role
Join the multidisciplinary team at Toronto Western Hospital, part of UHN, as a Registered Nurse. You will deliver compassionate, collaborative, and competent care in a fast‑paced, research‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Apply nursing science, theory, and critical decision‑making to provide high‑quality patient care.
- Ensure practice aligns with the College of Nurses of Ontario standards and UHN policies.
- Engage in reflective practice and continuous quality improvement.
- Perform cross‑functional duties as assigned, supporting the unit’s overall objectives.
Required profile
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Flexibility to work day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of nursing work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Required skills
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
What we offer
- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $41.15 to $58.98.
- Temporary full‑time contract until June 2027.
