Registered Nurse – In‑home Patient Support (Part‑time)

About the role
Calian Patient Support Program is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide in‑home infusion and injection support to patients in Maynooth, ON and surrounding areas. This casual, part‑time position allows you to set your own schedule while delivering high‑quality care directly in patients' homes.
Key responsibilities
- Administer in‑home infusions, injections, and provide training on auto‑injection and self‑injection devices.
- Perform phlebotomy as required.
- Schedule appointments directly with patients or caregivers and conduct visits at the patient’s home or approved locations.
- Complete timely charting using Calian’s proprietary system and report any adverse events within 24 hours.
- Provide follow‑up care and fulfill any additional duties related to patient support.
Required profile
- Valid nursing licence with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Minimum two years of post‑graduation nursing experience, preferably with infusion therapy.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to work independently, organise visits and manage time effectively.
- Excellent documentation, customer service and communication skills.
