Registered Nurse – Hospital/Medical Facility

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our hospital/medical facility team. This permanent, full‑time position offers a fast‑paced environment where you will provide direct patient care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary health team.

Key responsibilities

• Address and document patient symptoms and changes in condition.
• Assess patients to determine appropriate nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and other health professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Conduct disease screening, health education, and immunisation programs.
• Dispense and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Operate and monitor medical equipment.
• Supervise licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of nursing experience.
• Other trades certificate or diploma; eligible for RN licensure in the province.
• IV therapy certification, ACLS and BCLS certificates.
• Specialisation in geriatrics, palliative care, pediatrics or surgery is a plus.
• Clearances: adult/child abuse registry, criminal record, immunisation records.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
