Registered Nurse – Home Health (Part‑time Relief)

About the role

Interior Health is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to provide home health services for clients in the Sparwood area. This part‑time relief position supports patients in achieving safe and realistic health goals while delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based care.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, coordinate, implement, evaluate and transition nursing and related care services for clients.
• Develop, adapt and deliver individualized care plans, including direct patient care and eligibility assessments.
• Provide care management to help clients navigate community services and maintain independence.
• Collaborate with other health‑care providers to enhance client and family quality of life.
• Apply continuous improvement and evidence‑based practice in daily nursing activities.
• Maintain and advance clinical competence and participate in committees or research projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Current RN registration and licensure in British Columbia.
• Demonstrated experience in home health or community nursing.
• Reliable, flexible, motivated and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability for day shifts (08:00‑15:30) on a relief basis until October 2027.
