Regional Multi Unit Account Manager

About the role

The Regional Multi Unit Account Manager is a key member of the Regional Multi Unit Sales team, acting as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of important regional customers. You will maintain and grow relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure contract compliance, sales growth, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all account‑related issues and coordinate resources to present a unified front to the customer.
• Build long‑term relationships while meeting short‑term sales objectives.
• Schedule and facilitate account business reviews, develop action plans, and align customer and company objectives.
• Coordinate internal planning sessions, engage senior leadership when needed, and share best practices with peers.
• Monitor monthly reports for contract compliance and profitability, applying pricing models to negotiate agreements.
• Identify new product opportunities, drive category penetration, and represent the company at GPO/customer conferences and trade shows.
