Recruitment Coordinator – Talent Operations

About the role

Cohere is looking for a high‑performing Recruitment Coordinator to act as the central liaison between hiring managers, the Talent Team, and the People team. You will own the candidate experience, manage interview logistics for hundreds of candidates, and support various HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and ensure seamless communication for hiring teams and candidates.
• Manage the end‑to‑end candidate experience and build strong relationships.
• Partner closely with Executive Assistants to coordinate calendars and interview logistics.
• Support and continuously improve the interview process, automating where possible.
• Provide status updates, answer queries, and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Assist with payroll, onboarding, contract‑employee initiatives, and related projects.
• Maintain up‑to‑date internal documentation with strong attention to detail.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience supporting a fast‑paced recruitment team.
• Background in a technology start‑up or scale‑up environment.
• Proven ability to manage dozens of calendars and a high volume of interviews.
• Strong attention to detail and capacity to handle a demanding workload.
• Excellent time‑management and communication skills.
• Track record of executing high‑touch recruitment initiatives efficiently.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
