Recruitment Coordinator – Remote

About the role

We are a leading recruitment and staffing firm seeking an experienced Remote Recruitment Coordinator to manage virtual sourcing operations and lead our recruitment team across US and Canadian markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute advanced Boolean and X‑Ray search strategies to source passive candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, video interviewing, client submission, offer negotiation, and virtual onboarding.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor a distributed team of recruiters, setting performance metrics and conducting regular check‑ins.
• Maintain candidate databases and ATS/CRM platforms (Zoho Recruit, other ATS tools) to ensure organized talent pipelines.
• Handle remote administrative and reporting tasks to support business continuity.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of recruitment experience in tech and non‑tech sectors within US and Canadian markets.
• Proven expertise in Boolean and X‑Ray search methods.
• Experience leading or managing recruiter teams and tracking KPIs.
• Valid G driver’s license and access to a vehicle for occasional local meetings.
• Quiet home office with high‑speed internet and strong self‑management skills.
