About the role

We are looking for a friendly Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to support the College of Early Childhood Education. Reporting to the Manager, Admissions and Registration, you will be the first point of contact for students, visitors and staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet guests, students, service providers and staff, and manage the buzzer and security screen.
  • Monitor and maintain the sign‑in sheet for all visitors and employees.
  • Handle general email inquiries for the College and Admissions inboxes and provide timely responses.
  • Keep the front office tidy, replenish forms and promotional materials as needed.
  • Process payments (tuition, printing, course registration) using a POS terminal and issue payment acknowledgments.
  • Prepare and issue student ID cards.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a front‑desk or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

  • Experience operating a POS terminal for payment processing.
