Quantitative Equity Co-op Internship – Fall 2026/Winter 2027

About the role

BCI is seeking a motivated Quantitative Equity Co‑op/Intern to join its Capital Markets & Credit Investments team for the Fall 2026 and Winter 2027 terms. The intern will support the quantitative equity group, which manages over $3 billion in global equity mandates, and gain exposure to responsible investing practices.

Key responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of quantitative equity team members on various projects.
• Develop and enhance proprietary systems and tools using Python and SQL.
• Conduct research and data analysis to improve quantitative investment strategies.
• Participate in regular team research meetings and contribute new ideas.

Required profile

• Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or a related analytical discipline.
• Strong interest in a career in investment and quantitative analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Professionalism, ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team.
