Quality Manager

About the role

The Quality Manager will oversee in‑process quality inspection, documentation, and waste reduction for GreenSupply Agro's product line. The role ensures customer expectations are met, handles complaints swiftly, and supports continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer expectations and translate them into product specifications.
• Conduct in‑process quality inspections and maintain accurate documentation.
• Update inventory and senior management on quality metrics and issues.
• Ensure proper packaging, storage, and processing standards to minimize rejections.
• Manage waste reduction initiatives and enforce quality‑wise storage practices.
• Handle customer complaints and drive rapid resolution.
• Onboard and train new team members on quality procedures.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi.
• Good interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of product quality parameters and sizing.
• Highly conscientious and diligent.
