Provider Support Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a remote Provider Support Coordinator to be the primary point of contact for our therapist and clinician network. You will handle real‑time calls and emails, troubleshoot technical issues, manage caseload support, and build strong relationships to ensure providers feel empowered and well‑supported.

Key responsibilities

• Manage provider email support, handling inquiries about caseload, tech issues, matching, payroll/benefits and escalating when needed.
• Answer provider calls in real time, providing first‑line assistance for logistical, technical or patient‑related problems.
• Track open items through to resolution, maintaining up‑to‑date records of requests, holds and follow‑ups.
• Proactively reach out to providers to check in, understand needs and identify ways to improve support.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a solutions‑first mindset, even in difficult interactions.

Required profile

• Extremely organized with strong follow‑through; resolves issues promptly and plans closures.
• Proactive and comfortable working in ambiguous environments, building structure without waiting for direction.
• Sound judgment on urgency and ownership, knowing when to act immediately or escalate.
• Warm, empathetic communicator who remains clear, kind and effective with all providers.
