Patient Care Receptionist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time remote Patient Care Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients and their families. You will greet callers, respond to emails and SMS, and ensure every inquiry is handled promptly and compassionately.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls, emails and SMS with warmth and clarity, same‑day.
• Resolve simple requests directly and route more complex issues to the appropriate care team member.
• Know clinical and administrative workflows to troubleshoot patient questions in real time.
• Understand the patient care team structure to direct inquiries efficiently.
• Support patients throughout the entire care lifecycle, from first contact to ongoing care.

Required profile

• Empathetic communicator who can stay calm under high‑volume interactions.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to track multiple communication threads.
• Reliable and dependable, showing up consistently and following through on commitments.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, remote environment.
