Property Rentals Manager

About the role

Firstar Realty Corp. is seeking a Property Rentals Manager to oversee rental and lease activities for various residential properties in Kitimat. The role involves negotiating leases, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with lease terms on behalf of property owners.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and approve rental or lease agreements for townhomes, apartments, condominiums and low‑rise buildings.
• Prepare and administer contracts for property services such as maintenance and renovations.
• Coordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation projects.
• Monitor progress and costs of work, compiling records of operating expenses and income.
• Respond promptly to trouble calls from clients or tenants.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in property management or related field.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Client‑focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
