Property Manager – Remote (Eastern Time)

About the role

Royal York Property Management is seeking experienced Property Managers to oversee owner and tenant experiences across multiple residential properties. This remote, full‑time position operates on Eastern Time hours and requires strong organizational and communication skills in a high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for property owners and tenants throughout the management relationship.
• Manage multiple active clients, properties, and files with strong organization and follow‑through.
• Provide proactive updates, handle time‑sensitive matters, and coordinate next steps among owners, tenants, internal teams, and service providers.
• Collect, review, and track required documentation while maintaining complete CRM records.
• Identify stalled files, missed follow‑ups, and client concerns, escalating serious issues promptly.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of property management, account management, client success, or related experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients, properties, or active files simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and confidence handling owner, tenant, or client concerns.
• Excellent follow‑up habits, task management, and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, prioritize quickly, and work independently during Eastern Time business hours.
