Project Officer – ELEVaTE

About the role

The Project Officer – ELEVaTE will support the planning, implementation and monitoring of Catalyste+ programmes across Canada. Reporting to the Program Director, the officer will work closely with internal teams, Catalyste+ Advisors and In‑Country Teams to ensure programme activities meet organisational standards and objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in programme planning and execution, ensuring assignments and activities align with policies and objectives.
• Review partnership and assignment requests for completeness, clarity and alignment with country strategies.
• Coordinate preparation and filing of implementation documents such as funding agreements, MEL forms and expense reports.
• Contribute to the development of annual work plans, donor reports, communication materials and presentations.
• Organise and facilitate meetings, workshops and conferences, preparing agendas, background material and documenting outcomes.
• Support the drafting of concept notes and proposals for external funders.
• Participate in programme assessments, analyse outcomes and share lessons learned.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Experience working with multi‑disciplinary teams in an international or development context.
• Ability to produce high‑quality written documentation and reports.
• Based in Toronto or Montreal.
