Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Banking Platform organization, reporting to the Group Product Manager. The role leads end‑to‑end build and delivery of Zafin One implementations, prepares and executes plans, and ensures product roadmap priorities are well designed and governed for our regulated‑finance customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage Zafin One build and implementation projects to ensure smooth, on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
• Plan, coordinate, monitor activities, manage budgets and project teams.
• Provide technical direction for development, design, and systems integration from definition through implementation.
• Manage technical risks, balance requirements with customer needs, and resolve conflicts.
• Drive governance meetings with internal and external stakeholders and work with senior product leaders to meet client commitments.
• Review development work, enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews and mentor team members.
• Develop project‑level reports, presentations, and maintain the project plan.
• Perform risk and issue management and ensure effective communication throughout the project.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or related field (MBA preferred but not required).
• 5+ years of progressive project or technical project management experience, preferably in banking, financial services or enterprise SaaS.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and generate innovative solutions.
• Experience with both waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
