Project Manager

About the role

Bell Business Markets is looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex solutions for enterprise‑scale customers. You will own projects from pre‑sales through close‑out, managing revenues of $500K to $10M and ensuring alignment with customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach cross‑functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
• Maintain the customer relationship throughout the project lifecycle.
• Own end‑to‑end project governance, including scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
• Manage project financials such as costs, revenues, margins, and expenses.
• Escalate issues and risks to senior management for timely resolution.
• Prepare documentation in accordance with PMI‑based methodology.
• Contribute to the evolution of project management practices within the organization.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent business experience.
• PMP certification or comparable project management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build customer confidence and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Solid understanding of project financial management.
