About the role

As a Wireless Sales Associate you will be the go‑to person for customers seeking the right wireless devices, plans and accessories. Working in a high‑traffic Walmart kiosk, you will help shoppers activate new services, upgrade existing ones and choose the carrier that best fits their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Connect customers with appropriate wireless solutions, including devices, plans and accessories.
• Process new activations, upgrades and carrier switches while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain product knowledge across multiple carriers such as Rogers, Bell, Telus and others.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, energetic and customer‑focused with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment and meet sales targets.
