Project Manager

About the role

Vista Projects is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of industrial engineering projects. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and staffing.
• Perform estimation, planning, change management, risk identification, and mitigation.
• Oversee procurement activities and coordinate with engineering discipline leads.
• Ensure quality of drawings, models, and work products.
• Develop and manage engineering work packages (EWPs) and related documentation.
• Coordinate change management processes such as design change notices and field change notices.
• Track action items, maintain risk management plans, and conduct formal risk reviews.
• Monitor project KPIs, earned value, and generate regular progress reports.
• Develop and manage relationships with vendors and contractors.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing industrial or engineering projects from concept to delivery.
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and provide technical guidance.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes.
