Project Manager – Digital & Technology Initiatives

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Project Management, you will lead the delivery of Digital & Technology initiatives that support Cineplex’s business goals, enhance customer experience, and drive operational priorities. This hybrid role (three days onsite per week) requires coordinating cross‑functional teams from project initiation through implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day delivery of assigned projects, coordinating business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, operations partners, and third‑party vendors.
• Develop and maintain project artefacts such as schedules, milestone plans, RAID logs, change requests, budget tracking, and status reports.
• Prepare and communicate project updates, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions to sponsors and leadership, escalating impacts as needed.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment through meetings, role clarification, and business readiness activities.
• Track performance against scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring controlled transition and closure of deliverables.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices and documentation standards.

Required profile

• University or college education in Business, Project Management, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience delivering business, digital, operational or technology initiatives.
• Proven ability to apply predictive, hybrid, and adaptive delivery approaches.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and organizational skills in fast‑paced environments.
