SAP Finance Lead (Senior Level)

About the role

Accenture is looking for a senior SAP Finance Lead to drive finance transformation for its clients. You will work in a digitally‑driven, innovation‑led environment, helping organisations shift to the New with SAP S/4HANA, Leonardo and cloud technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically define data storage, integration and management across systems and ensure alignment with data governance.
• Analyze, design and implement SAP finance solutions, including configuration of GL, AR, AP, PS and AA.
• Lead workstreams, manage project activities and coordinate with technical, reporting, conversion and change‑management teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including C‑suite executives, to present functional strategies and secure buy‑in.
• Maintain detailed records of requirements, solutions, impacts and decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years experience in SAP FI (GL, AR, AP, PS, AA) and at least 2 years with SAP S/4HANA.
• At least 1 year experience managing global delivery teams and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven ability to act as a Functional Solution Architect and define finance functional roadmaps.
• Experience leading business process re‑engineering to optimise finance workflows.
