About the role
Manpower Services Canada is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee industrial, commercial and institutional projects in Dartmouth. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage budgets and ensure projects meet schedule and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate subcontractors' activities and evaluate daily operations.
- Plan, organize and monitor construction schedules, milestones and budgets.
- Prepare and submit project budget estimates and contracts, negotiating revisions as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schemas and drawings.
- Develop and implement quality‑control programs and prepare regular progress reports.
Required profile
- Other trades certificate or diploma with Construction Trade Certification.
- 3‑5 years of experience in industrial construction project management.
- Ability to supervise 16‑20 personnel in a fast‑paced, outdoor environment.
- Valid driver’s licence and clean criminal record check.
