Project Manager – Biometrics (Pharma/CRO)

About the role

ClinChoice is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead biometrics projects from study start‑up through closeout. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams across data management, biostatistics, statistical programming, and medical writing, acting as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple biometrics projects of varying size and complexity, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
• Facilitate team communication, lead meetings, and distribute agendas and minutes.
• Oversee project financials, estimate accruals, generate invoices, and identify change‑order items.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues or escalations as needed.
• Support contract activities (SOW, WO, CO) by developing budgets and scope of work.
• Provide performance feedback and support business development efforts such as RFPs and RFIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (MBA or PMP preferred).
• Minimum three years of project management experience in the pharma/CRO environment.
• Strong knowledge of biometrics services, FDA regulations, ICH/GCP guidelines, and drug‑development processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
