Project Manager – Agile & Vendor Focus

About the role

Teranet is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of technology solutions and business process improvements. Reporting to the Director of the Agile Value Management Office, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and ensure alignment with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Conduct analysis of requirements and develop business cases as needed.
• Liaise with project team members across multiple internal groups and external vendors.
• Facilitate the creation of detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and dependencies.
• Manage project issues, risks, and change requests, implementing mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, IT or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience managing complex projects, preferably with vendor collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with SAFe (highly desirable).
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
