Project Management Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Specialist to work remotely with our AI development teams. This contract position offers flexible hours (10‑40 hrs/week) and a competitive rate of $63‑$119 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI engineers to provide expert guidance on project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Develop and review AI training materials that capture best practices across diverse industries.
• Translate complex project‑management scenarios into clear, data‑rich examples for AI model enhancement.
• Lead client‑facing interactions and guide technical staff to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Articulate effective team leadership, prioritization, and stakeholder communication for AI learning modules.
• Continuously evaluate and refine AI outputs to maintain relevance, accuracy, and practical value.

Required profile

• Proven end‑to‑end project‑management experience across multiple industries and project scales.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Demonstrated success in managing teams and guiding cross‑functional groups.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities, including resource and budget management.
• Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation, and adaptive planning in evolving project environments.
