Project Manager – Digital Banking & Lending Platforms

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager with solid experience in digital banking, loan origination systems and credit processes. You will support end‑to‑end delivery of digital banking initiatives, working closely with senior managers, vendors and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, task breakdowns, timelines and effort estimations.
• Track progress against scope, budget and schedule, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
• Facilitate communication among project teams, vendors and stakeholders, and raise risks or issues as needed.
• Prepare and review project documentation such as requirements, functional specs, process flows and wireframes.
• Maintain risk and issue logs, support change‑request tracking and scope management.
• Support senior team members during client presentations, demos and proof‑of‑concept activities.

Required profile

• 8–11 years of professional experience, preferably in banking or financial services projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, commerce, finance, business administration or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with online/mobile banking, digital channel projects, loan origination systems or lending platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365.
