Project Coordinator

About the role

The University of British Columbia is seeking a Project Coordinator to lead a patient‑experience initiative focused on children with neurodevelopmental conditions. This role will embed patient and family voices into research, practice, and policy to improve care across British Columbia.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the development and maintenance of a repository for patient‑experience data.
• Facilitate collaboration among clinicians, researchers, policymakers, and patient advocates.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting requirements.
• Support the synthesis of patient‑derived evidence for use in research and clinical settings.
• Organize workshops, webinars, and knowledge‑translation activities.

Required profile

• Experience in health‑research project coordination or related administrative roles.
• Understanding of patient‑oriented research, especially within pediatric neurodevelopmental contexts.
• Strong communication skills to engage diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary academic environment.
