Project Control Cost & Schedule Analyst (Nuclear)

About the role

Black & McDonald’s Power Generation team is expanding and seeks a committed, collaborative professional to support cost and schedule performance for project and outage work in the nuclear power generation region.

Key responsibilities

• Setup Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for projects.
• Develop and maintain EPC and non‑EPCC schedules using Primavera P6.
• Reconcile labour and non‑labour costs at the job level and provide CPI and SPI metrics.
• Manage weekly accruals, change orders, and monthly gross‑margin forecasts.
• Produce and distribute weekly cost and schedule reports to management and clients.

Required profile

• 8+ years of project controls experience on EPC projects.
• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or related designation.
• Experience with medium‑risk, complex projects; nuclear industry experience is an asset.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in JDE and Excel.
• Advanced use of Primavera P6 for schedule creation and updates.
• Competence with Microsoft Office suite.
