Contract Administrator (Nuclear)

About the role

The Contract Administrator will support the administration and commercial management of client agreements and contracts throughout the project lifecycle for Black & McDonald’s Power Generation team.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for client master service agreements, contracts, and purchase orders.
• Apply contract terms to daily transactions and resolve commercial and contractual issues.
• Track contractual deliverables, coordinate approvals, and manage monthly reporting.
• Support drafting, review, markup, formatting, and negotiation of contracts and related documents.
• Maintain organized contract files, document flow, and support audits and inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, engineering, supply chain management, or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in contract administration, subcontracts, procurement, or commercial management within engineering and construction.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and commercial judgment skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Understanding of contract administration terminology, construction law, and commercial risk.
