Production Technician

About the role

Glenn’s Edibles is seeking reliable Production Technicians to join its fast‑growing gummy manufacturing facility in Etobicoke. This hands‑on position involves working in a clean, organized, and fast‑paced environment where attention to detail and pride in workmanship are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Package and label finished products.
• Prepare and organize production materials for each shift.
• Build mastercases and palletize orders for shipment.
• Clean and maintain workstations to meet hygiene standards.
• Support daily production targets and overall team operations.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality‑control guidelines.

Required profile

• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• Ability to stand and work with hands for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, kitchen, or food production is a plus but not required.
